Welcome to Creative Spaces Ltd. By accessing our website and using our studio rental services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the services provided by Creative Spaces Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our") is conditioned upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access the services. By using our services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and have not been prohibited from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

Studio Usage Rules

To ensure a safe, productive, and enjoyable environment for all our clients, the following rules govern the use of our studio spaces:

• Respect the Space: All studios must be treated with care and respect. Any damages incurred due to negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the renter.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all studio spaces and within 25 feet of building entrances. Designated smoking areas, if available, will be clearly marked.
• Alcohol and Substance Policy: Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in moderation and should not compromise safety or the rights of others. The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.
• Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours or when other studios are in use. Excessive noise that disturbs other tenants or neighbors is not permitted.
• Guest Policy: Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Ensure all guests are aware of and adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
• Equipment Usage: Any studio-provided equipment must be used responsibly and returned to its original location and condition. Any malfunctions or damage to equipment should be reported immediately.
• Set Construction and Removal: Any sets or installations must be approved in advance and must be removed completely at the end of your rental period, leaving the studio in its original condition. Removal of unauthorized or damaged installations may incur additional charges.
• Food and Beverages: While food and beverages are generally allowed, please clean up thoroughly after consumption and dispose of all waste properly to maintain hygiene.
• Pets: Pets are generally not permitted in the studios unless prior written consent is obtained and specific arrangements are made. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Safety First: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Do not obstruct fire exits or safety equipment.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a flexible and fair booking process:

• Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as agreed upon during the booking process.
• Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the rental date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
• Cancellation by Renter:
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the rental start date will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the rental start date will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the rental start date are not eligible for a refund and the full rental fee may be charged.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are subject to studio availability and may incur a rescheduling fee, especially if made within 7 days of the original booking.
• Cancellation by Creative Spaces Ltd.: In the unlikely event that Creative Spaces Ltd. needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issues, force majeure), we will notify the renter as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
• No-Shows: Renters who do not show up for their booking without prior notification will forfeit all payments made and may be charged the full rental fee.

Liability and Indemnity

Your use of our studios is at your sole risk. Creative Spaces Ltd., its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• (a) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service;
• (b) Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
• (c) Any content obtained from the service; and
• (d) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Spaces Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the services. This includes, but is not limited to, any damage to the studio property or injury to persons caused by your actions or the actions of your guests.

Intellectual Property

All content provided on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Creative Spaces Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this website without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
